1. DELIVERY & SHIPPING RATES

3. Split Shipment Policy

 
To ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, we will automatically select the optimal shipping solution based on global warehouse inventory. Orders may be split into multiple packages and shipped from different locations:
 
 

 
  1. 4. CUSTOMS DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES (DDP SERVICE)

     

    4.1 Our DDP Service Coverage

     
    We provide Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping service for all orders to the regions listed in Section 1.1. This means:
     
    • We will handle all standard customs clearance procedures on your behalf
    • We will pay all standard import duties, basic customs fees and general VAT applicable to your order
    • You will not be charged any additional fees for standard customs clearance upon delivery
     

    4.2 Exclusions (Buyer's Responsibility)

     
    The following fees and charges are not covered by our DDP service and remain the sole responsibility of the buyer:
     
    1. Special taxes and surcharges: Anti-dumping duties, countervailing duties, punitive tariffs, luxury taxes, excise taxes, environmental taxes, or any other special taxes imposed by the destination country on specific products
    2. Buyer-specific fees: Fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete personal information provided by you, fees for re-delivery attempts, or storage fees at the destination
    3. Additional clearance fees: Fees for special customs inspections, document authentication, or any other charges required due to individual customs requirements for your order
     

    4.3 Buyer's Obligations for Customs Clearance

     
    To complete the DDP clearance process, you agree to:
     
    • Provide accurate and complete personal information (full legal name, ID number, passport number, etc.) when requested by us or the customs authority
    • Cooperate with any reasonable requests for additional documents or information required for customs clearance
    • Pay any excluded fees listed in Section 4.2 promptly upon notification
     

    4.4 Consequences of Non-Compliance

     
    If you fail to provide required information, refuse to pay excluded fees, or otherwise fail to cooperate with the customs clearance process:
     
    • The package may be delayed, returned to our warehouse, seized by customs, or destroyed
    • You will be fully liable for all resulting costs, including round-trip shipping fees, storage fees, handling fees, and the full cost of the goods
    • All applicable costs will be deducted from any refund issued. We reserve the right to pursue additional compensation if the refund amount is insufficient.

     

    We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs inspection or regulatory changes.
 

 

5. PRE-ORDER POLICY

 
  1. Estimated ship dates for pre-order items are for reference only and do not constitute a delivery guarantee.
  2. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before the item ships. Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days.
  3. If a pre-order item is delayed by more than 45 days from the original estimated ship date, you may choose to continue waiting or request a full refund. No additional compensation will be provided.
  4. If a pre-order item becomes permanently unavailable, we will automatically issue a full refund. No additional compensation will be provided.
 

 

6. EXCEPTIONAL SITUATIONS

 

6.1 Incorrect Shipping Address

 
You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate and deliverable shipping address and contact number. We are not liable for lost, returned or destroyed packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you. Shipping fees incurred in such cases are non-refundable.
 

6.2 Package Receipt & Post-Delivery Risk

 
  1. Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. For damaged, missing or incorrect items, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the outer package, inner packaging and the items in question. Requests submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted.
  2. Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery to the address you provided. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged after successful delivery.
  3. For confirmed lost packages (officially declared lost by the shipping carrier), we will either resend the order at no additional cost or issue a full refund, at our discretion.
 

6.3 Force Majeure

 
We will not be liable for any delays, failures to ship or failures to deliver caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, strikes, labor disputes, pandemics, changes in customs or import/export regulations, port congestion, carrier disruptions or equipment failures.
 
In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and you may choose to continue waiting or request a full refund. No additional compensation will be provided.
 

 

7. GENERAL TERMS

 
  1. We reserve the right to update, modify or change this shipping policy at any time, in our sole discretion, by posting the revised version on this website. The revised policy will take effect immediately upon posting.
  2. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all terms of this shipping policy.
