Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders placed on LumaRedz. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this policy in full.


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once your return request is approved, you’ll have 15 more days to drop off your return, giving you up to 30 days from the delivery date to complete the process. 
For regions with statutory cooling-off periods required by local law, the statutory period will be followed, but all returns must still comply with the application process and eligibility rules in this policy.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Do not include additional items not listed. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Our core principle is to resolve your issue efficiently with the lowest cost for both parties, rather than defaulting to returns. To start a return, you can contact us at lumaredz-official@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return information, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items


The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of verified total loss of the package before delivery:
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items
- Personal care, hygiene, beauty, skincare, and undergarment products (once the outer seal is opened)
- Perishable goods (food, snacks, flowers, plants, etc.)
- Digital products, downloadable content, gift cards, and store credit
- Final sale, clearance, and promotional items marked as "non-returnable" at the time of purchase

 

Return Shipping Cost Rules


Customer-Initiated Returns (all non-seller-responsible reasons): Including but not limited to change of mind, fit issues, wrong size/color ordered, personal preference, etc. You are responsible for 100% of the outbound shipping fee (non-refundable) and the full return shipping fee. We will deduct the outbound shipping fee.

Seller-Responsible Returns: Only for verified cases of wrong items sent, major product defects that render the item unusable, or total loss of the package. If you insist on a return instead of our non-return solutions, we will reimburse the return shipping fee after we receive and inspect the returned item, provided you provide a valid shipping receipt. 

Unauthorized returns: You bear 100% of all shipping costs and risks for any items returned without our prior written approval. We reserve the right to reject the package and issue no refund.

LumaRedz reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of $4.99 per item to customers that show high volumes of return activity, which is defined as: i) $2,000 of returns in a 12-month period, combined with a return rate of 80% or more or (ii) $750 of returns in a 6-month period, combined with a return rate of 80% or more.

LumaRedz reserves the right to deny or refuse returns at our discretion.

Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

 

 

Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund will automatically be processed to your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. The processing time for the refund to be posted to your account depends on your payment provider and bank, which is beyond our control and may take 3-15 business days. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we find evidence of fraudulent returns, abuse of this policy, or intentional damage to the item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except for seller-responsible returns.
